The contract will be concluded with Akfam Japan and the transaction will be completed in Japanese Yen.
2. how long will the audit and investigation schedule be?
We can be flexible depending on the scope of work, but our actual audit takes from 3 to 10 business days and takes about 1 month until the report is submitted.
What is the composition of the audit team?
Normally, an audit team consists of one Japanese accountant + one or two Bengali FCAs + one to three Bengali audit assistants.
(4) What is the range of fees?
We can flexibly respond to the client’s request depending on the scope of work, but our actual fees range from 1.5 million yen to 6 million yen (including 500,000 yen for actual expenses such as round-trip airfare and accommodation).
Is it possible to outsource internal audits based on our own internal audit checklist?
If your company has an internal audit program and you would like us to conduct the same kind of internal audit for a specific site or fiscal year on your behalf, or if you would like us to conduct the audit for this year only, we will conduct the audit in accordance with the relevant program.If you also specify the format of the deliverables (audit report), we will prepare it using the specified format and submit it as the deliverables. 6.
Is it possible for an audit firm to request us to perform specific procedures related to internal control audits and financial statement audits as part of a group audit?
Yes, it is possible.As of April 2025, our representative is a representative of a small to medium-sized audit firm registered as an audit firm for listed companies, etc., and has knowledge of group audits and internal control audits, so we can perform work on your behalf in accordance with your objectives.
Is it possible to request support only from local experts in view of cost?
Yes, it is possible.However, we recommend that a Japanese expert lead, conduct on-site inspections and project management in order to provide the expected deliverables through project management and implementation of procedures in line with the client’s objectives.
