Purpose of establishing the subsidiary
Accfam Bangladesh Private Limited was established as a subsidiary of the Company to expand the Company’s overseas business management and internal audit support business specialising in developing and emerging countries, with a view to promoting investment by foreign companies, particularly Japanese companies, in Bangladesh, which is moving from ‘aid to investment’ in the future.Ltd. was established as a subsidiary of the Company to expand the Company’s overseas business management and internal audit support business specialising in developing and emerging countries.As one of the few Japanese chartered accountants specialising in Bangladesh, Accfam Bangladesh Private Limited will support the mutual development of both countries through business management and risk management support after foreign companies invest in Bangladesh.
